We are a small family-owned Escape Room business looking for exceptionally energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team to host our immersive escape games experiences. We are looking for staff that has a clear passion for the industry and is looking to grow with us for many years to come.
MUST have their own reliable source of transportation and cell phone.
MUST have an outgoing personality with great communication skills.
MUST be able to type 30wpm or better.
MUST be able to work both independently or as a team.
MUST have a flexible schedule.
MUST be able to work weekends.
MUST live local (approximately 20 minutes or less from Room Raiders Escape Games).
Escape Room experience (preferred)
Theater or Performance experience (preferred)
Customer Service Experience (preferred)
Greet and converse with guests and assist with signing them in, going over rules, and explaining the game mission.
Game Master help navigate guests through our immersive experience while providing hints and clues via microphone or typing.
Debrief guests upon completion reviewing game and confidently answering any questions.
Take photo of guests in the lobby and sending it to them via our waiver system.
Reset and Sanitize all rooms in an organized and time efficient manner.
General cleaning of Lobby, Halls, Control Room and Bathroom.
Answer phone calls in a friendly tone answering questions and assisting with booking as needed.
Book guests in person and taking payments.
