Groups of 2 participants, the price is $50 per person, plus tax. Groups of 3 Participants, the price is $40 per person, plus tax. Groups of 4 participants or more for either our Urban Legend: Bloody Mary escape room or our Asylum escape room, the price is $36 per person, plus tax. Groups of 4 or more participants for our Magic School escape room (75 Minute Experience), the price is $40 per person, plus tax. Each individual who enters the room will be charged unless they are in a stroller or carrier and remain in there the entire experience.
All games are PRIVATE. You will not be paired with any strangers.
An escape room is a fully immersive gaming experience. Players team up to solve series of puzzles using clues, hints, and strategies to complete the objectives at hand. Players are given a mission to solve and have one hour to escape. Are you up for the challenge?
We recommend booking online or calling to book a minimum of an hour in advance. We are an appointment based business.(If booking outside of our business hours, a minimum of 12 hours in advance is REQUIRED! You must call to book during regular business hours which are from 12:00pm to 10:30pm. Additional fees may apply.
Magic School requires 3 players as it is physically impossible for 2 players.
We don’t accept walk-ins, they are not guaranteed. We highly recommend booking online or calling to reserve your spot. The only way to guarantee a booking is to have it reserved paid in advance. We are an appointment based business and cannot guarantee that the time and/or room is available if you choose to walk in without prior notification.
We recommend your entire party arrive at the scheduled time you booked for. This allows enough time to sign the waiver, go over briefing and rules, lock away your personal belongings, and use our facilities. If you arrive late, time will be deducted from your game and usage of facilities will be on your own time. You must consider all factors like traffic, weather, or how late your group members typically run. The game will start no later than 15 minutes from the scheduled time.
All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN!
There are no refunds for late arrivals, but please call us if you think you will be late. We understand things don’t always go as planned. If you or your group are a NO SHOW meaning you have not showed up to your confirmed time of booking without any prior arrangements you will forfeit your booking completely and will have to rebook. It is not our responsibility to confirm your booking it is 100% the responsibility of whom ever booked it regardless of age.
After 5 minutes from your scheduled booking time, we reserve the right to start your time or reschedule your booking unless prior arrangements were made. We reserve the right for subject-able approvals. You are able to be rescheduled 1 time with a minimum of 24 hours in advance notice, call ahead for reschedule. If you cancel the day of your booking meaning a hour before or even 6,8,10 hours before there is an $90.00 fee, plus tax to reschedule and/or you can forfeit your booking. Any further reschedules from the one reschedule will also result in a fee of $90.00 fee, plus tax and/or you can forfeit your booking.
All of our games we typically recommend for ages 10+ due to the complexity of the puzzles as well as creepy factor of some of our rooms. Participants under the age of 10 can and have done our rooms before that’s just generally what we recommend. Although kids can participate we do not recommend just putting a couple kids in the room by themselves as it is designed to be challenging even for adults. All participants under the age of 16 can play but need to have an adult present(In the room with them). Participants 16 years old or older can play without an adult present, but will need to have a waiver signed by an adult. If participants can’t behave and disregard rules causing harm to each other, themselves or property damage may result in a game master entering the room which will have an additional fee and or be asked to leave from game or game ending with no credit or refund. All participants who enter the room if they are not in a stroller/carrier and remain in there the entire experience will be charged as a participant regardless of age. NO WAIVER, NO EXCEPTIONS.

When calling to reserve a room outside of Business hours you must call between our normal business hours 12:00 pm – 10:30 pm.
That is a very subjective question. Our ASYLUM and URBAN LEGEND BLOODY MARY escape rooms are designed to be creepy, scary. Magic School is NOT designed to be creepy or scary at all. Some people scare easier than others so for some it may be scary for others it may not be scary at all. Some of our themes may be considered creepy. There is no use of strobe lights, however there are dark and less lit areas. We do provide light sources for those areas.
If you have a medical condition please contact us prior to your appointment so we can make the room more suitable for you. We have a couple of “sudden surprises” that may raise your adrenaline levels.
